Orders & Shipping

How long does it take to process my order?

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

How long does shipping take?

Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days after processing.
Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days after processing.

Do you ship outside the United States?

We currently ship within the United States only. If you're located outside the US and interested in placing an order, please contact us at k.c.scrunchiesxxl@gmail.com and we'll do our best to help.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

What if my package is lost or stolen?

KC Scrunchies & More is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, please contact your local post office first. If you need further assistance, reach out to us at k.c.scrunchiesxxl@gmail.com.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Due to the handmade and personal nature of our products, most items are final sale. Non-returnable items include scrunchies and hair accessories, worn apparel, personalized or custom-made items, and sale or clearance items.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

We're so sorry if that happens! Please contact us within 3 days of delivery at k.c.scrunchiesxxl@gmail.com with photos of the damage or incorrect item and we will make it right.

Personalized & Custom Orders

How do I personalize my order (e.g. Monogram Glass Can)?

For personalized items, simply leave your customization details (such as your desired letter or name) in the order notes at checkout. If you're unsure how to add a note, you can also email us at k.c.scrunchiesxxl@gmail.com right after placing your order.

Do you accept fully custom orders?

Are your products handmade?

Yes — every product is made with love and care by KC Scrunchies & More. Each piece is an original design inspired by real life, real stories, and real moments.

What sizes do your shirts come in?

Our shirts are currently available in Small, Medium, and Large. Please review the product listing carefully before ordering, as apparel is final sale once worn.

Are your glass cans dishwasher safe?

To preserve the sublimation print, we recommend hand washing your glass can. Avoid soaking or using abrasive scrubbers.

What is included with the glass cans?

Each 16 oz glass can comes with a bamboo lid, plastic straw, cleaning brush, and gift box — carefully packed in a protective shipping box to ensure safe delivery.
